Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you order bespoke garments, book a fitting, or otherwise use The Man Project's services.

Bespoke Orders

Every garment is made to your individual measurements after an in-person or documented consultation. Production begins only after measurements and fabric selection are confirmed. Delivery timelines are estimates and communicated at the time of order; they may vary based on fabric availability and the complexity of the garment.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted at the time of consultation and may vary by fabric, embellishment, and garment complexity. An advance payment is typically required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fittings

Bespoke garments include a minimum of two fitting sessions at our Pune atelier. Additional fittings beyond what's included in your order may carry a small charge, communicated in advance.
