How long does a bespoke order take?
Most garments take 2-4 weeks from final fitting to delivery, depending on fabric availability and the complexity of the piece. Wedding and occasion wear booked close to the date may be expedited — ask us at your consultation.
How many fittings are included?
Every bespoke order includes a minimum of two fitting sessions at our Pune atelier, so we can perfect the fit before your garment is finished.
Do you offer home or office consultations?
Our primary consultations happen at the Boat Club Road atelier, but for larger orders (weddings, corporate uniforms) we can sometimes arrange an on-site visit — ask us on WhatsApp.
Can I bring my own fabric?
Yes — we're happy to work with fabric you provide, alongside our own curated mill fabrics. Bring it to your consultation and we'll advise on suitability for the garment you have in mind.
What if the fit isn't right after delivery?
Bring the garment back to the atelier — minor adjustments within a reasonable period after delivery are made free of charge. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside Pune?
Yes, once your measurements are on file (from an in-person visit or a video consultation), we can ship finished garments across India. Contact us to discuss delivery to your city.
