Refund & Return Policy

Because every garment is made to measure specifically for you, our refund and return policy works a little differently than off-the-rack retail.

Made-to-Measure Orders

As each piece is cut and finished to your individual measurements, bespoke orders cannot be returned or resold once production has begun. We ask you to confirm measurements, fabric, and style details carefully before work starts.

Fit Adjustments

If a finished garment doesn't sit right, bring it back to the atelier — minor fit adjustments within a reasonable period after delivery are made free of charge as part of our fitting process.

Manufacturing Defects

If a garment has a genuine manufacturing or stitching defect, we will repair, remake, or refund the affected item at our discretion, at no additional cost to you. Please report any defect within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before fabric is cut may be refunded in full, minus any consultation fee already incurred. Once cutting has begun, the order is considered final.
