Bespoke Garment Policy

As every garment is made-to-measure and crafted specifically for you, bespoke commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each piece is constructed to your exact specifications and cannot be resold.

Fit Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your garment does not fit as expected upon delivery, we offer complimentary alterations within 14 days of collection. Our master tailors will ensure the perfect fit.

Quality Assurance

Every garment undergoes rigorous quality inspection before delivery. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

Fabric & Material Issues

If you notice any defect in the fabric or materials within 7 days of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

• Commissions may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
• Once fabric has been cut, cancellations are not possible.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Alterations After Delivery

Minor alterations within the first 14 days are complimentary. Significant modifications beyond this period may incur additional charges, quoted on consultation.
